  • Defective Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a refund or reprint after confirming the issue.
  • Incorrect Orders: If we make an error in your order (e.g., incorrect design, size, or quantity), we will correct it and either reprint the items or issue a refund.
  • Customer Mistakes: If there is an error in the order provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect file, incorrect spelling), we cannot provide a refund. However, we may offer assistance in resolving the issue if possible.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Orders: Orders with custom designs or personalized details may not be eligible for a refund unless there is an issue with the product quality.
  • Digital Products: Any digital products, such as design files, are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or processed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the product is defective.

Exchanges

In certain cases, we may offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to us with your order details and the reason for the exchange.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. If a cancellation is accepted before production, a full refund will be issued.
