How do I place an order?
Contact us or visit our product pages, select your desired items, customize where needed, and proceed to checkout. If you need assistance, our support team is here to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with PayPal and Apple Pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also find the number on our Order Tracking page in your account.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged products. Please review our Returns & Exchanges section below for more details.
Do you provide application instructions?
Detailed application guides are available on our Resources page. If you need help, our support team can also guide you step by step.
Do you offer same-day printing?
Pickup available at our New Rochelle production facility. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM are ready the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be prepared on the next business day.

Simple return and exchange guidance
Return Conditions
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@transferkingz.com to start a return.
- Pack items in original packaging or similar protective packaging.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Drop the package using the provided label at the indicated carrier location.
Exchanges
- Need a different size, color, or product?
- Please follow the return process first.
- Then place a new order for the item you want.
