How do I place an order?

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

Do you offer same-day printing?

Same-day printing options are available for eligible orders placed before 12 PM EST. With UPS Next Day Air, you can receive your order as soon as tomorrow.

Simple return and exchange guidance

Return Conditions

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

  • Email orders@transferkingz.com to start a return.
  • Pack items in original packaging or similar protective packaging.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Drop the package using the provided label at the indicated carrier location.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or product?
  • Please follow the return process first.
  • Then place a new order for the item you want.
